Nestled within a forest, this villa is crafted primarily from laterite, a locally sourced stone known for its natural insulation and earthy texture. The design features low-slung volumes and open courtyards that promote cross-ventilation and daylighting, reducing energy use. Natural materials like timber and lime plaster complement the laterite, creating a palette that ages gracefully. Solid walls and large openings frame the surrounding landscape, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.

Tucked within the heart of Kolhapur, this home is designed as a quiet refuge—where natural light filters through skylights and breezes flow freely through generous openings. The double-height living space, overlooked by a first-floor passage, forms the soul of the house, fostering connection and openness.
Wooden finishes and a shingle-clad roof bring warmth and texture, while projected balconies create serene outdoor spots to pause and unwind. Blending calm with climate-responsive design, the home offers stillness amidst the city's rhythm.

Designed as a luxury lifestyle museum, this showroom blends consumer psychology with spatial design to create an immersive retail experience. Gentle curves flow from the walls, forming cozy niches that highlight products and subtly guide buying behavior.
A monochrome palette, layered with rich textures and antique-finish fittings, creates a timeless and sophisticated atmosphere. The result is a space where luxury is both seen and felt, and every corner invites deeper engagement.

Rooted in the philosophy of Indian minimalism, this 3BHK apartment is designed to evoke calm, warmth, and belonging. Soft tones, intricate details, and handcrafted finishes create a serene atmosphere where simplicity feels soulful.
Each space is thoughtfully shaped to offer cozy comfort, while a subtle touch of luxury adds elegance without excess—making this home a quiet sanctuary for the family to slow down, connect, and feel at peace.

Designed as a triple-height lobby for the residential building Nest, this space takes inspiration from the organic form of trees, with curvilinear wooden elements branching up the marble walls to create a warm, inviting rhythm.
The design evokes a sense of arrival and transition, where linear lighting and rich materiality guide residents through a grand, portal-like space. The interplay of height, curves, and textures creates a lobby that feels both luxurious and rooted in nature—a serene threshold between the city and home.
Building our getaway home in the serene hills of Jambhulpada was a truly fulfilling experience. The team beautifully brought our vision of natural living to life with sustainable materials like laterite and basalt stone. Thoughtful orientation and passive design keep the home comfortable and low-maintenance year-round. Every detail reflects harmony with nature.
